The upper portion of the storage unit is constructed of individual components that will be erected at the location of installation. Since the upper portion of the Small Parts Storage System is mostly composed of steel components, the installation will go swift and easy. All other components such as trays, control cabinet, key pad, etc. will be packaged separately for safe protection to your facility. It is recommended that your new Automated Storage System (SPSS) be shipped on a dedicated truck to ensure that the unit will arrive in the same condition as it left Lauyans & Company's facility. The lower portion of the storage unit is a heavy welded constructed base frame. This modular base frame has the majority of the mechanical and electrical components preassembled at the factory. This helps to eliminate the installation time at the customer site and prevent errors in the field.
