Standard Small Parts Storage System Units

Lauyans & Company's Small Parts Storage Systems (SPSS) have been designed to meet industry demands: Provide the highest quality automated storage and retrieval equipment at the lowest possible price.

Lauyans & Company has met these demands by enhancing proven designs that have been used for more than 16 years. Improvements and existing technology have been packaged into a modular design that includes a lower base module of welded construction and bolted construction for the upper frame. This design allows for shorter installation times, installation flexibility and reduced effort to relocate the unit if conditions change. Our patented full-width extractor bar provides a postive method of storing and retrieving trays.

  The Standard SPSS Unit will ship as follows:
  1-Welded, modular base unit-69” wide x 99” deep x 76” high
  1-Skid with upper frames and skins.
  1-Lot of miscellaneous components, hardware, touch-up paint, installation and maintenance manuals.

Note: 1) All controls will be shipped in the base unit; 2) Trays are not provided in the Standard SPSS Units and are priced separately.
